I am  Dadar Catering College born and brought up in Mumbai. I am also known as IHM Mumbai. I am a  "home away from home " for many people who have started their educational career here and made me a part and parcel of their lives.

They started as amorphous mud, like the ones used in pottery works and shaped themselves up by honing their skills on the lap of my premises.

Some of my children planted seeds of knowledge and wisdom in the upcoming generation as faculty while others left me to spread the light into the world of hospitality as budding hoteliers. 

From tear-soaked pillows on the last night of their college hostel  life to penning down memories in my heart, I have stood straight and firm since 1954 and will be echo  forever in the hearts of DCCians…………………
